Account Registration

CLAUSE 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zt88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zt88 platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

zt88's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your zt88 account at the time the claim arose.

zt88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability.
zt88 is not liable for losses resulting from the failure of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
zt88 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

CLAUSE 11

Account Suspension & Closure

zt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the prescribed timeframe following a verification request.
Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the player's payment provider.
Discovery that the account holder is or was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or play.
Receipt of a legally valid directive from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court requiring account action.

Upon closure of an account for Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be subject to forfeiture. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — or as a result of a self-exclusion request — any remaining balance of real money (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

Amendments to These Terms
